Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin a return or report a problem, contact us by email at nothernillinoiswormfarm@gmail.com or by phone at 331-230-0173. Photos may be required for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
Unopened bags of worm castings may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used bags are generally not eligible for return simply because a customer is dissatisfied with the product. If a bag arrives damaged, torn, or opened during shipping, contact us within 14 days and email photos of the product and packaging. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a refund or replacement.
T-shirts may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Damaged, defective, or incorrect shirts may qualify for a refund or replacement. Please contact us and provide photos of the issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Although shipping may be advertised as free, shipping expenses are included in the product price and are not separately refunded.
Once the returned product or claim has been reviewed, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Local pickup orders are subject to the same 14-day return policy. Products must be returned to our location in their original condition unless they were damaged or defective.
